His Name and Position
§ He is called the anti-Christ 4 times in the Bible (1 and 2 John).
§ His name indicates that his main characteristic will be his opposition to Christ.
§ His strategy will include setting himself up as Christ, that is, he will pretend to be Christ (2The 2: 4). The Jewish messiah
§ He is also known as “the man of sin” (2 Thessalonians 2: 3) and “the lawless one” (2 Thessalonians 2: 8).
Its Origin and Power
§ He will rise from the sea, it is from the nations, and is symbolized in Dan 7: 8 by the little horn.
§ From which ranks of mankind will he come? There is a lot of speculation about this. My personal feeling is that he is from the ranks of The Jesuit Order. Illuminati / Freemasons will be. , From the Re-created Holy Roman Empire.
His Rise
§ He will already be alive just before the battle of Gog and Magog, but still unknown.
§ He will be restrained by the Holy Spirit (2The 2: 6).
§ He will emerge shortly after the battle of Gog and Magog.
§ Circumstances after the Gog and Magog, will benefit him
§ He will be a dynamic, impressive, charming, intelligent, person (2Cor 11:14).
§ He will be one of the three prominent nations leaders, later all ten (Dan 7: 8).
§ He will apparently be mortally wounded (Rev 13: 3).
§ He will recover from his wound.
§ His astonishing recovery will escalate him to the position of overall world leader (Dan 7: 8).
§ No one will then dare to wage war against him (Rev 13: 4).
His Government
§ Initially he will present himself as a man of peace. Also the Jewish Messiah
§ He will conclude a peace treaty between the group of ten nations and many others, including Israel but not with Jordan. This will put an end to the ongoing conflict between Israel and its neighbors (Dan. 9:27) and defuse tensions in the Middle East.
§ Israel will then allow the 3rd Jewish Temple to be built to offer sacrifices, giving the regions of Judea and Samaria as Land for the Palestinians.
§ After 3 1/2 years he will be unmasked and he will show his true colors .. No more Jewish Messiah. But god
§ This second period of 3 1/2 years, is known as the “Great Tribulation”.
§ He will then break his covenant with Israel and leave them in an unprepared, vulnerable position for attacks by other nations (Dan 9:27).
§ He will desecrate the temple of Israel by entering the Most Holy, putting an end to the continual sacrifices to God (Dan 9:27) and, assisted by the false prophet, erecting an image that all will have to worship ( Dan 12:11 and Rev 13:15). The 3rd Temple then becomes the Headquarters of the 666 mark of the Beast
§ He will rule from then on with satanic brutality.
§ His vengeance will be directed primarily against the former people of God (The Jews) and against those who accepted Jesus as Savior. He will receive authority to wage war against these saints for 12 months and to overcome them (Rev. 12 and 13: 5).
§ He will arrogantly blaspheme the Name of God (Rev 13: 5).
§ He will also exercise authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. (Rev 13: 7).
§ His police and army will rule the world with an iron fist.
§ His Government continues in the period of 30 months called the Revenge of God. He’s going to lead the world to the last polluted water. later drinkable from the Euphrates River
§ Together with the False Prophet and the Beast he will lead the remaining people on earth in a battle against God in the Valley of Megiddo for the Battle of Armageddon.
